The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff was super friendly and willing to help. the selection of great breads, cereals, pancakes, yogurt, and eggs at breakfast was a delicious bonus. the property's location was perfect and magnificent, set in a quiet center. it was a wonderful stay on my business trip.

standard triple room with solid breakfast was the best. the staff - exceptionally nice and was willing to help. they fixed problem with shower at my request.

Perfetto! Great little hotel in a quiet location about 15 minutes walk from Duomo and 10 minutes to FSMN Station (main station) All the staff were great, very friendly and happy, the hotel is secure and clean, breakfast was perfect with good variety of food, has a courtyard rear garden which would be ideal to relax in with a coffee after visiting city! I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully will stay here again soon!

Fairly clean place with PLEASANT view to the inside garden. Healthy food for the continental breakfast. Unbeatable position in the nice area, just next door to Academia, the downtown and 3 vegetarian restaurants, ll Vegetarino which has great food and the menu changes regularly.

I stayed in a lovely guest room with a balcony and a garden, featuring a spacious shower. the breakfast spread was really tasty and delicious, offering a great variety of food and drinks. the staff were incredible and always willing to help, making my experience even more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bonifacio. Our room was modern and fantastic, with a lovely balcony. - the staff at the hotel were amazing and willing to help.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had two rooms between two families. The rooms were clean and decent sizes. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard in the back where they serve excellent breakfast. It was a "help yourself" type service with toast, yogurt, fruit, cappuccino machine, cereal, muffins, pastries, milk, juices to choose from. I'm sure I'm leaving out few more items they had. Two ladies in charge of the breakfast area were very attentive and had great sense of customer service. We stayed three nights at the hotel, and looked forward to our breakfast every morning. The front desk staff was excellent. Karin (I'm sorry if I'm misspelling her name) in particular was exceptional. She spoke fluent English and went above and beyond call of duty to make our stay peasant. Give her restaurant recommendations a try. We enjoyed dining at couple of restaurants she recommended.

It would be nice to have reliable internet access available in the room, rather than just the public areas.

We had a great experience at a family-friendly hotel. The staff were kind and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the ensuite facilities were of good standard. The breakfast provided was more than adequate and the hotel itself was in a nice, quiet area. Although it required a 10-15 minute walk to the central area, it was worth it. we would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place from which to visit all the museums of Florence. View from our bedroom (best room in the house is 18) was lovely, and nice balcony. Excellent breakfast in very pleasant breakfast room.
